FAQs

How far in advance should an order be placed?
We suggest placing your order at least 4 weeks in advance to assure availability, but we can usually fulfill orders on short notice (less than 2 weeks in advance) as well. We will accept orders up to 2 years in advance.

How much will it cost to rent a portable restroom for my event?
To receive a price quote for your event, fill out the form on our Get a Quote page. We will contact you once we receive your information to ask any questions that are needed to complete your quote. You can also call our office at (337) 261-2459.

What does my quoted price include?
Your quoted price for a portable restroom rental includes delivery, setup, pump out and pickup of the unit. This price also includes all the necessary supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and deodorizer. For those customers seeking a monthly rental your price also includes once a week cleaning and servicing. We can also furnish an onsite attendant.

When will the unit be delivered to my event location?
If your event is during the week, your rental will be delivered the day before and picked the day after the event. Units are delivered on Fridays for weekend events and are picked up on the following Monday or Tuesday. A special delivery or pickup may be arranged by request for an additional charge.

Do I need to be present for the delivery and pickup of the rental unit?
It is not necessary for you to be present for the delivery of the unit if you have prepaid for the rental and have clearly indicated where the unit should be placed. Although it is often helpful for someone to be present at the event location for delivery in case a placement problem should arise. The unit can be picked up without anyone present as long as proper access to the location is available.

Are there any restrictions on where the unit can be placed?
Our portable restrooms can be placed just about anywhere as long as our service truck is able to get within 25 feet of the unit’s location and it is on level ground. We are unable to lift the units over fencing or any other objects, and the trailer should not be moved after it has been placed by our technicians.

Will I be held responsible if the unit is damaged during my event?
If the trailer has signs of deliberate damage or vandalism, the renter will be held responsible.

Will I need access to an electrical outlet for the portable restroom?
Yes, the portable restroom will require access to a main power source within 100 ft. of its location in order for it to be fully functional. Two 30-amp, 120-v circuits (that are not GFI protected) and two standard 3-prong outlets are also required.

Will I need access to a water source for the portable restroom?
Yes, the portable restroom will require access to a water source within 100 ft. of its location with a minimum of 30 PSI or greater and a standard hose fitting (hoses are provided). For short term rentals, a water source is not necessary since the unit may be self contained.

Can I still use a portable restroom if water and electricity are unavailable?
Yes, in the event that water and electricity hook ups are not available a power generator and a fresh water unit may be rented in addition to the portable restroom.
